To support our goals, we are looking for highly motivated individuals that can work in a friendly and fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & experience:
• Proven sales experience, ideally in the asbestos removal industry or related field. Strong understanding of sales performance metrics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Optional – Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
Tasks & responsibilities
• Generate new business leads, conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and building and maintaining relationships with clients. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking events to generate leads and promote the company’s services.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. Provide weekly sales forecasts and reports to management, utilizing CRM systems for tracking sales activities and customer interactions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Manage the sales pipeline and lead the entire sales process from prospecting through to closing.
